Department focused on organising of any kind of meetings, incentives, events or conferences outside of Poland. We provide full range of services for clients willing to take their customers or employees for a incentive trip in surprise or not obvious destinations. We cooperate with large number of partners all around the world which always allows us to provide highest quality of services. We do not have ready programs, all proposals are always customised and tailor made according to exact demands of our clients. We learn and discover new destinations, new ideas, unique venues so we could surprise and make each journey memorable, so “WOW” effect is a MUST.
incoming tourism department to Poland. Our company specialises in the organization and providing services for foreign groups coming to Poland. We provide full logistics with very diverse and bespoke tourist programmes for groups. Our offer includes, among others: hotel reservations, transport and ground handling, licensed tourist guide services (in English, German, French, Russian or other languages), organization of meals for groups (lunch, dinner), ticket booking to visited places and other services for groups and individual tourists. Through our cooperation with the best hotels in Poland, we successfully organise full package and comprehensive services for each event including venue selection, hotel reservations, booking management, indoor and outdoor incentive programmes, conference room booking with arrangement and full meeting service (incl. technical equipment logistics) and the organisation of an evening gala, gala dinner or other types of evening parties with the arrangement and implementation of the most demanding scenarios.
